'In this partner workout video we go over \"The Big 5\" Movements!.. All performed with a twist! These aren\'t done with barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.. they are done WITH you partner! Technically there are 4 big movements.. Squat, Hinge, Push & Pull but if you have the time I really rate throwing in an (extra) overhead movement too! Generally this will also be a \"push\" movement but requires so much core stability compared to a lot of generic over the chest push movements. In this video we cover: -Push Press (Overhead) -Squat (Squat) -Deadlift (Hinge) -Bent Over Rows (Pull) -Bench Press (Push) -Bonus lift.. The Turkish \"Human\" Getup!!!
