'Front Squat'

'Start with the bar in the front rack position, full lock out of the hips. As in the air squat push the hamstrings back and lower into the bottom position.   Maintain a neutral spine and hip position with a tight brace of the core.   Contract the glutes and the quads to drive to a standing position. Ensure full extension at the end of the rep.'
