'In order to keep fit, Nana & Imola have been looking for something they could do together. We met another travelling couple who suggested interval running. One of us runs for 3 minutes while the other bikes alongside, for a well-deserved break and motivation. We do this over 5km and this enables each of us to run at our own pace.
