'Advanced Stability Ball Strength Workout (follow along) | Virtue Healthcare'

'This is a stability ball strength workout. All you\'ll need for this workout is a stability ball and a wall.  This workout is lead by Kate (Certified Personal Trainer) and Mike (Registered Massage Therapist), co-owners of Virtue Healthcare.   Together Kate and Mike have worked with clients in person for 15 years. They have always dreamed of extending their reach to be able to help and educate others who are looking to become stronger versions of themselves, hence the Virtue Healthcare YouTube channel was born.   Kate will demonstrate this workout starting with a warmup before getting into the working sets. This workout is designed to work on strength, mobility and balance. The lovely voice of coach Mike will narrate and cue us through the movements. So grab your stability ball and follow along!  Feel free to pause this video at any time to move at your own pace or for a water break! Repeat this video if you\'d like to do more than 1 set.   WORKOUT                                                                                   Warm up                                                                    Deadlift to Overhead - 1x30 seconds  Diagonal chops - 1x30 seconds per side Shoulder mobility circuit on wall - 1x3 per move    A1 Single Leg Hamstring Curls - 1x30 seconds per side A2 Plank Tuck to Pike - 1x30 seconds A3 Supine Thoracic Rotations - 1x30 seconds      B1 Single Leg Squat to Drive - 1x30 seconds per side B2 Side plank with lateral flexion - 1x30 seconds per side B3 Hollow body with SB passes - 1x30 seconds     We are here to help, so if you have any questions relating to the workout, please feel free to leave them in the comments and we\'ll follow up.
