'Join Colleen Bridges, NSCA-CPT of www.bridgesforparkinsons.com for a head to toe, comprehensive PD-specific exercise class. This class features all of the domains, from the new PD exercise recommendations, including aerobic activity (boxing), strength training with focus on posture, balance, agility, multi-tasking involving the voice and flexibility. We address the body from head to toe in this fun workout. Equipment needed: exercise band, weights and if needed, a chair. *This class is intended for all fitness levels. Modifications are given to increase and/or decrease the challenge. Chair option is available.'
