'This stability ball workout also uses dumbbells and focuses on full body moves as well as core focused exercises throughout to get everywhere strong! Stability balls are one of my favourite ways to train as you have to engage multiple muscle groups to keep the ball still and under control so is a very effective way to build strength. Incorporating dumbbells too is just to add some variety and also vary the resistance throughout. Follow me on Instagram @nicolalivefitness and use the hashtag #nicolalivefitness to let me know how you are getting on with my workouts! Each exercise I perform is listed below and done for 60 seconds as we are using supersets throughout (supersets are two exercises paired together back to back with no rest between); 1. Wall Squat 2. Jackknife 3. Squat, curl and press 4. Oblique Cruch 5. Curtesy Lunge w Bicep Curl 6.
