'Red Alien Fitness Gaming: DDR Demonstration Episode 1'

'Well, today I decided to invest in a copy of Dance Dance Revolution again and add it back into my nightly fitness gaming routines. The series itself was a fairly key element of my weight loss years ago, so I\'ve decided to try and occasionally provide some demonstration routines and gameplay videos (hopefully I can improve the actual game footage as this series progresses, but for what I currently have to work with this first one didn\'t turn out too bad.) Similar to actual dancing, this series is usually an effective cardio workout once the player gets the hang of it and begins to play several songs successfully in a session. Where many players stumble is trying to figure out how to both follow the arrows on the lower difficulties (as few people can start beyond that without practice) while also trying to time them with the music. My advice on this is to progress beyond the beginning difficulty as quickly as possible, or skip it altogether and begin play on the next to lowest difficulty as the steps will be slightly closer to the pattern of the music itself. If the skipping option is chosen, then going into the Options menu and turning off the game end option when the dance meter drains is highly recommended. Thanks again for watching, and as I improve on the demonstrated footage in my videos feel free to try it out by following along without a dance controller unless you track down a copy yourself. :)'
