'In this E.M.O.M. “Every Minute on the Minute” Workout we have 5 Circuits. Each Circuit has a number of reps to complete per exercise. The timer goes off every minute. Complete your reps before the timer goes off and then take a rest. When the timer goes off you start your next set. If you do not complete your reps before the timer goes off then you get no rest. Push yourself to complete your reps in time. The faster you go the more rest you’ll get.
