'This Body Shock workout is EMOM Style. Every minute on the minute the buzzer goes off. Complete your reps before the buzzer goes off and then rest. When the buzzer goes off it’s time to start the next round. Do 6 rounds of each circuit. Circuits: 5 (video incorrectly says 6 rounds) Rounds per circuit: 6 Interval: RX Circuit 1: Football Run x 20 second count Burpees x 5 High Knees forward x 10 High Knees backwards x 10 Circuit 2: KB Swing x 10 Side Bend x 10/10 Circuit 3: (Partner needed) Sit Up Pass/Squat Pass x 10/10 (If you don’t have a partner you can do 10 sit-ups and 10 squats with the ball) Circuit 4: Crunch x 10 Reverse Crunch x 10 Russian Twist x 10 Circuit 5: Weight Overhead-Quick Feet on Plate x 20 Back Lunge Twist with Weight x 10/10 See video for demo and explanation.
