'https://balaycucina.com/recipes/betamax/  One of Pinoy street food is called Betamax. The main ingredient of Betamax is chicken or pork blood. Why is it called Betamax? Due to its shape (parallelogram) and colour, Pinoys named it after the 1975 cassette tape for movies!  This Betamax I made is from boudin noir that I got from the grocery. I adjusted its consistency and added some seasoning to taste.'
