'Deaths from dehydration in Philippines amid water, food shortages'

'Aid agencies are warning that survivors of Typhoon Rai in the Philippines could soon run out of water and food. Two people on the island of Siargao died of dehydration, bring the death toll from the strongest typhoon to hit the country to at least 392 on Tuesday. The typhoon wrecked homes, hospitals and schools in central and southern parts of the country. Communication and power lines are down, slowing relief efforts..
